Are We Safe Anymore?

I am starting with an old but popular statement of our EX DG ISI Ret. General Hameed Gul
"9/11 bahana hai
Afghanistan thakana hai
Pakistan nishana hai"
As we know that some days ago White House stated that Usama Bin Laden is hiding in the tribal areas of Pak Afghan border and US is seriously thinking about invading that region itself with NATO forces.
Even we do know that these statements have no credibility what soever as America runs biggest industry of liars their statements before invading Iraq and Afghanistan proves my point and till yet they are on the receiving end.
Our Foreign Office spokesman Tasneem Aslam said that we will not give NATO forces this permission to invade there in Pak tribal areas the question is that before they will they will invade, will they write us an application. What they are doing in Bajour and Waziristan for years, did they request before invading there and in these operations the innocent students of Mosques martyred.
Now i will comment about the above mentioned quotation of Hamed Gul, i actually cent percent agree to him.
In 1967 when Israel captured the Palestanian territory, their PM said
"the main threat for Israel is Pakistan"
Even at that time Pakistan was not a nuclear state and this statement cleared the intentions of the jews.
It proves the statement of Hameed Gul as westerners consider Pakistan's Nukes their biggest threat they are finding excuses to invade us that is why they are supporting a military dictator to destabilize Pakistan as they know dealing with democratic regime is much more difficult.
Are we safe any more as the westerners are not feeling shy to attack directly in our country and they are not only killing chinese but also spreading the video tapes that how chinese were killed to create misunderstanding between us and china, and they want to separate our alignment with china which will make their cause much more easier to achieve.
I think its not difficult to make conclusion out of this as i think making this country democratic is the ultimate solution, iran is even much more weak compared to us in defence but still they stand on their principles and does not fear in front of super power because democracy is there.

Pressure Commences

As we were expecting after the brilliant and nonnegotiable movement of our lawyers the restoration of our CJ.
We could expect that bold and historic decision by our Supreme Court.
Now my point is that the main check of the independence of judiciary starts now, as it has to make big decisions.
These big decisions will really matter a lot or I should say influence big time in the history of Pakistan.
Now we would say good bye to the law of necessity and should come back on the track of democracy.
Imran Khan is screaming for independent judiciary for many years now the time has come when our lawyers, media personnels and last but not the least the general public has realized its importance for the country.
I hope now our judges will feel free to make decision according to the constitution of Pakistan and inshAllah they will not be influenced by the executive.
Judiciary is a very important organ of a state as it defines all the rules and regulations and provides the basis for every activity.
If people have the faith on their judiciary then they can work honestly and cannot be exploited.
There are thousands of such cases present in Pakistan in which generations after generations fighting a same case which is black spot in our judiciary.
Now there is a hope to eliminate briefcase culture from our country,
If our judiciary stand still and make decisions according to the merits then this day is not so far when we will become a welfare state in a true sense.
Now the time has come to make our Legislature also strong and powerful and to divide the power according to the constitution
I hope that upcoming elections will be free and fair under the supervision of free judiciary and independent media.

Critical Decision

It was 9th of march when all eyes were stunned, that if a CJ of any country can be kicked out that much easily then what is the importance of a simple man it raised many questions.
Most of the people thought its common in Pakistan to deal situations like this everyone was expecting a simple protest having no hopes from our lazy politicians
It was our lawyers who did struggle hard for the restoration of justice.
Their movement gave a great hope to the civil society CJ's welcoming ceremonies and convoys received a great welcome, it would not be an exaggeration to say that that it broke all previous records.
Our Govt. did not face that much opposition since october the 11th,1999, and the media also supported them
Now there is a chance to revolutionize our judicial system by doing that i think our all problems will easily be solved
Through free independent judiciary we can stop military dictatorship,we can eliminate injustice, crimes and any illegal action which can automatically give a way to prosperity.
Tomorrow there is a big decision to make for our respected larger bench headed by Justice khalel-ur-Rehman Ramday
so lets hope our judiciary this time make an expected historic decision which will inshAllah provide the basis for free independent judiciary which is a dream of 98% pakistanis but not of our elite class.

Towards Emergency??

Its usual to me being a Pakistani to be shocked after reading newspaper news of suicide attacks, news of wani and operations on Mosques etc.
But today i read an extraordinarily shocking comment by our Minister Shair Afghan niazi who said "After the Lal Masjid Operation all of the country have become peaceful"
I am not feeling shy to say him blind as i read this statement again and again hoping that my eyes were mistaken but unfortunately not.
During last three days we lost more than 50 troops and today people party's welcoming camp of chief justice was under attack and more than 14 people were killed.
i do remember after the 9/11 our president said
1"By helping America our Kashmire issue will be resolved"
2"we will get that much foreign aid that we can become a more prosperous country"
3 "our country will become more peaceful "
4"Inflation will go down"
5 "Pakistan will be saved from terrorists"
BUT
After 9/11 all these points in fact went in a negative direction no one can deny that.
I think helping US to invade Afghanistan was the root cause of pakistan's instability.
I didnt heard any suicide attack in Pak before 9/11.
The inflation rate was much more slower before 9/11
Kashmire is going away from our hands
Briteshers who ruled us more than 100 years didnt use force against our feudal people as they know they are very sensitive and its not possible to fight with them but our Government might wanted to through the hand into burning fire and the flames of this fire does'nt seem to be extinguished
Now Nato forces feel free to attack in the Pakistani territory
I don't think these circumstances which we we are facing now were thinkable before.
I feel that this situation is leading us towards anarchy and it is providing an excuse to emergency which is according to our Government's interest as they know that they cannot win in the elections unless rigging takes place.
Now Nato forces feel free to attack in the Pakistan territory
I don't think these circumstances which we we are facing now were thinkable before.

Pakistan's 9/11

I know that most of the pakistanis know that 9/11 was totally a drama but still i am giving some reasons to proof its drama.
all was going right taliban's Government was getting stronger and stronger day by day and the tenure of Taliban's Government was considered to be the most peaceful time in Afghanistan's recent history till yet.
silent revolution was there in Afghan
even one of the most secular person of pakistan Dr javed iqbal said if this taliban system comes to 2 or 3 more countries then islam will spread all over the world.
1 journalist of america who spitted on taliban's under their capture later accepted islam with their attitude
i do consider that some taliban made mistakes but most of them were artificial talibans who were made to abuse the original Talibans
why 4000 jews were not present in world trade center on 9/11
architectures tell that this mega structure can never be fallen down by this fire as it is made to bear the heat of more than 2000 C and the oil can never produce a fire which is more than 1000 C
the size of the plan which struck on pentagon's wall was much bigger than the hole created in the wall
this drama was done to eliminate the taliban's regime
[Now another Drama]
Musharraf realized earlier this year that America's attention is diverting from him and Amr. wants Benezir instead of him.he has been killing innocent people for years like afghans, people of bajour ,of north and south of waziristan, dera bugti and of many other areas.
but he wanted a greater massacre of "extreemists"
so he decided to strike at the heart of Pakistan to show the west that i am a greater killer of Maulvis please don't pull my seat.
how can these people collect weapons under the nose of intelligence agencies?
why the negotiations always ended as it looked that all disputes are settled Ch. Shujaat himself accepted that i was ordered to linger on these negotiations
Government's propaganda was that there are hostages in the Mosque i saw many interviews in which students said we were absolutely under no pressure if Govt. is right then why they were not allowing Journalists to talk with students

as in the 9/11 attacks muslims were used they unfortunately did not understand the strategy of jews as is the case of Lal masjid in which Aziz Brothers did not understand the strategy of Pak Gov.
why the draft of negotations was changed after coming from the president's house?
it proves that it was actually a conspiracy to abuse the religious muslims nothing else
and to tell the westerners that "I am inevitable for the war of "terrorism" "
Musharraf got the script of this drama by jews.
read this article which again proves my point

"We Don't Want Pakistan To Be A Theocratic(Mullaism) State"

I do blame the Mullahs of this era to be the culprits for our secular society.
My today's topic is a qoutation of Mr. Jinnah who said this giving an interview to the western media.
The thinker of Pakistan Dr. Allama Iqbal was also against the theocracy he blamed mullahs of current time in many of his verses of poetry.
As the state of Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam our Aalims and State machinery was expected to make a modern and appropriate formula with the help of Quran for the implementation of Islamic Shariah.
As being a Madrissah alumni i can say that our madrissahs are far behind the speedy world. for example what can a simple Hafiz-e-Quran do to implement shariah.
[My Suggestions For a Progressive Islamic Country]
Our Madrissahs and aalims will have to produce Engineers who have the knowlege of both, Islamic Shariah and modern engineering so we will be able to produce our own technology for communication, architecture, electronics, chemistry so we will be able to save a lot of assets and they will be able to compete on both grounds.
They have to produce lawyers with an additional Islamic Shariah course so they will be able to compete on legal grounds.
i can go on by saying that they should produce Doctors,Journalists,Philosophers, psychiatrists who have the knowledge of both Islam and Modern techniques.
[fact]
Muslims are declining because they are going away from their religion and Non-Muslims are progressing because they are also going away from their religion.
we were ruling the world and all the basis of modern technology were provided by the Muslim scientists why?
Because they were close to the religion so typical mulliasm is jeopardizing the image of Islam thats why the events like red Mosque are happening almost on daily basis .
Today's aalims are only concerned with their financial needs they are hungry of Islamabad not islam.
and when the sincere aalim comes who really wants to implement shariah make mistakes its most appropriate example is Red Mosque.
Time has come to reform our Madrissahs and to implement my above suggestions.
We know that west is progressing at bullet speed but we know they are declining on social grounds
Bill Clinton(EX. American President) once said "After ten years most of our population will comprise of bastards"
giving a legal status to gay and lesbian marriages is also an example of their social degradedness,no respect of parents and declaring prostitution a legal industry shows their social intent.
but there is only islam who have the solution of all problems but there is a need for reformation Islam does not only declare that these are the evils of society like all religions but also provides a practical solution of these problems unlike other religions.

The Red Factor

The Red Mosque issue is now becoming more worse for the government as the the public is following this issue with an eye of doubt.
Our first priority should be to save the massacre or to save the red Mosque from becoming more red by the blood.
I have noticed that with the passage of time the public opinion is changing with a rapid speed now the News anchors are receiving calls against the Gov. much more which.
I think that the students in Red mosque are not the hostages as i heard the interview of many students who said that they came out from the red Mosque from their own choice and further said that they were badly treated in udaiyala jail.
the reason why these students are not coming back is that they are afraid of arrest as they saw the treatment of Maulana Abdul Aziz which was a blunder from our Govt.
This is the reason that Govt. don't want to send its delegation inside the Red Mosque in order to hide the reality from them which is an extremely shameful act
Now i think the ball is in Govt's court, they also should so some flexibility as the Maulana Showed a great flexibility in recent days to leave all his Madrissahs.
I have a great hope from our Ullamahs to Diaogue with them and they will reach to an agreement InshaAllah

A Disappointing APC

Today when i was thinking that i am a fool that i had so many expectations from the APC, i thought that i cannot blame only myself on this issue but also The giants of their respective fields like Javed chaudhary,Imran Khan and Irfan siddiqui who had more expectations than myself
I think they should have announce the immediate movement against the military regime they had the chance as the movement for justice is charged up by the lawyers.
imran khan was very disappointed by the APC as he was expecting a very hard announcement but.
I think it was a time to take big decisions for the termination of military rule but they are afraid to take bold steps as they should.
peoples Party's rule was extremely disappointing as they did not agree for resignations if the president announces his election from the current assemblies.
after this Apc i can conclude that it seems that there is still along way for us to become a pure political state because the attitude of our main political main stream parties does not look very sound.
as long as they will start a huge immediate struggle to remove dictatorship things cannot become normal i think at the present moment the leadership of mian sahab is essential for our country as he has got roots in the public i can bet if he comes to the lahore Airport the people will be in millions but his bold steps could take us much higher but we are obviously still hopeful for the democracy the ultimate solution of our problems.

Battle of News Channels

There is obviously one thing of my country on which i can feel proud it is our media i also do appreciate the steps of current President on the freedom of media but by any means the credit goes to our hardworking and determined journalists.
however i think today there was a big test for media because there are two things going on 1 the Lal Masjid Issue and the second one is APC as our media was covering the lal Masjid issue for four days i was expecting a good decent coverage of APC but my expectation was wrong only 1 news channel covered it live which depicts that Lal masjid issue is deliberately being lingered on.
we have lots of expectations from APC it is the only platform from which we can expect the movement against military dictatorship
i think our media had the responsibilty to over cover the APC in order to create pressure on the opposition leaders

All the blunders of militry dictatorship can only be washed up by the democratic Gov. i know that their past record is not very good but i think they deserve more chances

Lal Masjid Issue

i think we should look at the root cause of this issue
its true that these maulans did many things wrong y our government does not do operations against mqm who killed 50 people in Jamia Hafsa why our gov. is not trying to do operation agnst Americans who r killing children in Pakistan's territory why our gov. is not doing operation agnst vulgarity which has now spread like a fire in the jungle thanx to our Tv channels y our gov. is not doing operation agnst pubs y they r not doing operation agnst the minsiters who has cases in NAB
The fact is that is that our gov. is showing to the west that we r fighting with the maulvis n only Musharraf can do that so his regime is inevitable for Americ's interest
i obviously do criticize these Maulanas but i critize those maulanas much more then them who r getting their salaries n only formal friday speeches they actually have the duty to show the right path to us
we at least should consider that these maulanas

Raising doubts on lal masjid issue

as the APC is starting from tomorrow ,till yet lal Masjid issue has not been resolved which showa that our Govt. wants to lengthen its progress to minimize or to divert the attention of people from APC on which our people have many hopes
as we know Live courage is not allowed in unlicensed areas for any tv channel but on lal Masjid live coverage is going on without any interruption for 4 days is'nt it hypocrisy?
and till now our tv channels are not broadcasting any type of news about APC and our government is happy about that as it is beneficial to them so these developments are really increasing doubts in everyone's mind.
our country is passing from the defining moments and the APC's good steps can do wonders for our future so our media should realize the situation and should cover the APC professionly and should give its time to its coverage.
